Pyramid and Baderwals form JV

Pyramid Saimira Theaters, the Chennai based movie theatre company, announced that it had formed a joint venture agreement with Baderwals Infraprojects, a real estate firm. The companies will jointly set up 200 integrated leisure and shopping complexes in tier II and tier III towns. The total investment for the project is expected to be around Rs. 1200 billion.
