Internet problems

Back to having problems with my internet today. Ironically, it was working fine in the morning when I left to visit the the Internet company's office due to a miscalculation of the bill. I come back an hour later to no internet. Lodged a complaint, but it's still going to take another 12 hours till someone fixes it, since they try to have things fixed in 24 hours. So, I'm using our second connection currently......just got a call from the technician who said they were working on it and it should be resolved my mid-morning by the latest.
