Reliance Retail’s first hypermarket coming in July

Reliance Retail is always in the news it seems, this time as Bijou Kurien, President and Chief Executive of Lifestyle Reliance announced that the company's first hypermarket will be opeing by July. The store will be called Reliance Mart, and the first one will open in Bangalore, covering 180,000 sq ft of space with sections for food, consumer durables, apparel and footwear all available at discount prices. A second hypermarket will open in Ahmedabad in Gujarat.
