Could NC be the perfect place for a home?

I've always loved the sound of wind and water; I find them to be very soothing and relaxing and the best method of relaxing for me would be to find a place by the water. How about a nc waterfront property, where you can find peace and serenity and get rejuvenated? North Carolina has some really nice options of places to live, with beautiful sights, quick access to all the major cities on the East Coast and lots of activities in the local area.
