How do your customers decide to buy or not

Keyword searches and store location information were the most important tools that online customers used which played a role in whether they would revisit the site. According to a study by J.C. Williams, it was found that online shoppers look for the most basic of tools to improve their shopping experience. The store locator page is one of the most important pages on a site and retailers must pay more attention to it. An interesting find was that if retailers make their product sound gift-able or have a gift suggestions and guidance tool, consumers are more likely to purchase an item there. Discussion boards, blogs and social media tools are good additions to make an interactive experience for consumers as well.
