Ask revamps its site

Ask.com undertook a major revamping of its operations as it tries to remain as a major player in the search engine space that is dominated by Google and Yahoo. The new upgrade is called Ask3D where users can now select from different skins for their personal search page. The company is sure that with this upgrade, users will see more focused results and spend less time going through unwanted sites. At present, Ask.com accounts for only 5% of online searches in the US, significantly lower than even MSN' 10%, Yahoo's 27% and Google's 50% of the market share.
