In my junior year in college, we started practicing the interview process with mock interviews, first with teachers and then with company recruiters. To land a job, it is important to know all the basic interviewing techniques such as being organized and being on time. Time management is one of the most important things that college recruiters look at.
Candidates must show skill in organizing yourself in the office so that you are able to handle your responsibilities in an efficient manner, multi-task, delegate and be professional. I find that once I have organized my office, I complete assignments and work much better. Working on the Internet, especially for personal use is considered inappropriate in most offices, can lead to tricky situations and is best to be avoided.
