Back from our lightning trip to the hills in Himachal Pradesh. It was really great to be back in the Himalayas, where I grew up, attended boarding school, went for hikes and camps and vacationed. Although the trip was really hectic, it was really worth it. Any amount of time in the hills is better than no time at all, I feel. The weather changed overnight and became unseasonable cold due to snow and rain in the upper regions of the Himalayas, but we had plenty of firewood for a blazing fire all day.
