photo: home-home feet

It's become a bit of a tradition to take shots of my feet on every vacation! This time I got to take several footy-shots, since I was on quite a long vacation. I love feet shots and think this is a fun way to capture the moment. The other thing that I do on vacations, especially when we go to the hills etc, is to collect leaves to bring back. I really don't do much with the leaves after wards, but still like to bring them back. I probably should start pasting/framing them in a journal, so I can keep track of dates and places.

Initially I thought I was the only mad one obsessed with feet pics.. but since I've been blogging... I've seen a few like minds!!!

My daughter loves collecting leaves on holidays... and then uses them to make greeting cards!!

Lol, we all love photographing our feet, it seems ;-)

Your daughter has a great creative mind! I've been thinking of making bookmarks out of them...as someone suggested on one of my flick photos.

Hey, wanted to say a hello there!
& wish i could see your flickr pics..
I am glued to your blogs these days.. running thru archives and all.. i must say, i love the way u write short, simple and thoughtful paragraphs as posts. we share being air force kids who at present are staying in this sand land with their husbands recp. however u seem to have studied in boarding and in foreign lands and u are so amazingly read/informed.. which seem to be the difference :|
I liked ur creativity and simplicity in addition to the above. and ur profile pic too..

strange enough, i also have feet shots of mine n husbands in two of our trips.. they call me obsessed with feet pics too :)

Tara, Thanks so much for spending time on my blogs. I've been blogging since 2004 and go through phases of long and short posts, but by an large they are short ones!

Yes, so many similarities....I find that my background in boarding school and subsequent years in college abroad have made me who I am today.

Lol, carry on with the foot pics...it's nice to be different and creative.
