Long term investments
We've been thinking a lot about investments lately and have a basic plan of action in place towards short term and long term investments. Most people ignore the very long term investments and it's important not to think only short term when it comes to this area. One of the best long term investments is usually commercial real estate which is a good opportunity to ensure one has some things planned for the long term future. While it is expensive to start off, one must not be put off by that and consider the rewards of such an investment. We will soon be investing in some residential real estate which also gives good returns, but will not be as much as commercial real estate will be.

shalini ji namaskar,
i was just browsing for Dagshai when your mention of the place popped up. books and other sources say that its only claim to fame is its APS, but u'have mentioned that its lovely weather makes it quite a liveable place. seems u have spent quite a handful of seasons there. will u please eleborate on Dagshai . im a travel enthusiast hence requesting .REGARDS.
MUNISH
Yes, Dagshai has lovely weather. Besides APS, there is also a army station there, which takes up almost the entire hilltop. I know the areas as I studied nearby and spent some summers in Dagshai where we had a house. As a tourist, there really isn't much to do in Dagshai, even the bazaar is below the town, halfway up from Kumarhatti. There are no restaurants, cafe's, dhabas there either, except in the old bazaar maybe. I love the area since I have lots of childhood memories, of going to the graveyard, of exploring the hillsides, of playing cops and robbers and so on. If you are in the area, I would recommend it as a picnic spot or a short drive through. Have fun!
